Notes: Friedman & Pais explore 2 odd numbers, new to their percussive repertoire, but common to the Fibonacci sequence: 13 and 34, of which the latter might not yet be known to recorded history. Both rhythms were played with the least expenditure of energy, nevertheless they unsettle the cocoon of comfort. While sequencer or computer notoriously don’t care, it requires more focus to maintain the precision exposed throughout the un–edited drum tracks by João Pais Filipe.
