Notes: Receiving his Studio 1 education from a Kiwi-DJ improbably named Stinky Jim, Burnt saw the bass light and - gathering a band of south-pacific based musicians around him - formed the Nu Dub Players in 1997. Friedman and this leftfield supertroupe have succeeded in making a laugh-a-minute, bass heavy odyssey "Just Landed", a massive send up of a sound, normally the preserve of a navel gazing elite.
